Ripley Middle School Library is an inviting place to gather, study, and share information through books, and all forms of media and technology to enrich lives, build community and foster success to all students and adults. In collaboration with the faculty, the Ripley Middle School librarian will assist in the development and implementation of lessons and research projects that will reinforce students' capabilities in information literacy and independent learning.
Ripley Middle School Library will be a thriving and an essential part of the lives of our school community.
- Books are checked out for a period of three weeks and may be renewed one time.
- Students may check out a total of two Accelerated Reader books and two project/research books as needed.
- Students with overdue may NOT check out anything else.
- If you lose or destroy a book, you must pay for it. You will only be charged the cost of the book and will receive a receipt upon payment. If you find the book and return it, you will be issued a check for the full amount.

Ripley Middle School Library is fully automated with the Follett Software system and supports six electronic card catalogs. The library contains over 16,000 volumes of print resources and a lab of twenty-eight Internet computers.
