Location: Simrishamnsvägen 1, 272 92 HAMMENHÖG Location Visit: 21.06.2012 Location Visit: 29.06.2015 Datum Point: 55.502811,14.151458 Notes: These scenes were shot at an old automobile repair and maintenance shop from 1928 in Hammenhög village. Part of the building had served as a flower shop when Henning Mankell wrote THE FIFTH WOMAN and, since a murder victim is a flower shop owner, it was convenient to shoot in the then abandoned building. Notes: In 2012 the shop had been re-opened as per images below. Notes: In 2015 the shop now appears to be being used to live in. Scene 10 ![]() ![]() 1a. No flowers here today. ![]() 1b. Even fewer today. ![]() ![]() ![]() 3a. Not a soul here as this shop is shut. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 7a. This is the same room as viewed from outside. Note matching 8 panes of glass, and door handle adjacent to bottom right pane, mirroring image 7 above. Scene 24 ![]() ![]() 1a. This is the view across the road. ![]() 1b. Which I didn't spot was shot from the left hand basement window at the side of the building. ![]() ![]() 2a. The door has been re-hung. ![]() ![]() 3a. Which has now been completely re-arranged.
