NOTES
Sadly (though probably not for the residents), after less than 50 years in existence, the Morris Walk Estate is scheduled for redevelopment. In other words... Demolition!

Notices from Greenwich Council include the following statement:

...The Council intends to demolish the Relevant Properties by 31st March 2015 or have in place plans to demolish the Relevant Properties before 31st March 2016...

To fans of Blowup the most noticeable aspect of this proposal has to be the inclusion of 1-48 Harden Court in the list of Relevant Properties. This is the block complex seen nearing completion as David Hemmings turns right from 11: WOOLWICH ROAD - SCENE 14.

UPDATES
  • As per fromthemurkydepths this is a proposal for the Morris Walk Estate of which Harden Court is a part:
1. Existing. Harden Court is made up of the four vertical connected blocks to the top left of this image (above the railway).

1a. Proposed.

  • According to the Summer 2014 edition of the Woolwich Estates Newsletter re-housing of tenants of Harden Court is due to take place between 2015 and 2017.
