People with Bloom's Syndrome should get exercise just as anyone else should.
Sports and organized exercise programs should be adapted as needed to the physical abilities we possess.
This does not mean that we have to only participate in special programs for people with disabilities, on the contrary, I strongly suggest accommodations required under the U.S. laws be enforced and we participate alongside our peers with and without disabilities. This ensures good socialization as well as improved health and self-esteem.
