All classes at Blissful Life Corporation are donation-based. This means that you can give any amount that feels appropriate and affordable to you. Sundays, 5:00-6:00pm: Mantra & Meditation with Calli

Immerse yourself in a wave of sound and vibration which leads you deeply within. Calli introduces a Sanskrit chant with its English translation. The chants are repeated several times in call/response format followed by a period of silent meditation.

Mondays, 5:30pm: Move It Monday with Megan

Join Megan Whittaker for an all-level upbeat yoga flow class, featuring energy-increasing breath-work and ending with a guided savasana for relaxation! Join Megan on Mondays at 5:30pm to work out your workday with these flowing postures and walk away relaxed and ready for the rest of your work week!

Tuesdays, 10:00am: BellyFusion with Abby Sue

A fun-based, get-your-body-moving, low-impact dance class. Explore various style of Belly Dance, Flamenco, North African, Moroccan, and Indian dance. Follow along to simple choreographies with world and contemporary music. Learn how to transition the moves you have already learned or just groove out to get your blood flowing and spirit soaring.

Tuesdays, 12:00pm: Go with the Flow Yoga with Tracy K

Give yourself permission to arrive on your mat for a lunch hour reprieve or to just unwind from the everyday bump and grind. This is a Yogi's choice, go with the flow, safe space. The intention of this class is to incorporate several different styles into your practice. Modifications are offered for safety and enjoyment. FOR ALL LEVEL STUDENTS.

Tuesdays, 6:00pm: Level 1/Beginner's Vinyasa with Tracy K

Level 1/Beginner’s Vinyasa: A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Tuesdays, 6:30pm: Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy with Eli

This is a sequence of relaxing postures supported by props (blankets, yoga blocks, bolsters, eye pillows, etc.) that allows the body and the mind to completely unwind, finding stillness and becoming one. Poses are held from 3 to 5 minutes, facilitating the opening of the major joints and the spine, by stretching beyond the fascia all the way to the connective tissues, to enhance flexibility, restoration and rejuvenation of the self, with the unavoidable sense of inner peace that flows with it from within. This practice is in synergy with essential oils, specifically lavender-peppermint aromatherapy, to soothe the mind and allow the soul to surrender in a state of allowingness. Find your way to a meditative state that will allow you to connect with your higher-self and eventually with The Divine.

Tuesdays, 7:15pm: Intro Series to Power Vinyasa with Daniel

This class is perfect if you’re brand new to power yoga! Even if you’re not a newbie but would like to feel more empowered in your yoga practice, you’re more than welcome to join in this class series that will introduce a new set of poses each week in a fun and laid back workshop style setting that’ll make 60 minutes fly by! Every class we will break down the poses with point-to-point cuing, mirrored demonstrations, and gentle hands-on assists, building on what we learned previously.

Wednesdays, 9:15am: Beginner Gentle Flow Yoga with Eli

Eli will lead you through a gentle series of flowing postures that can be modified to any skill level. A class designed for those that have never practiced Yoga before. If you feel you don’t have the flexibility, coordination and strength that many photos with yoga poses in social media typically portray, this may be the right class for you. It is a class taught in a safe, effective, compassionate, non-competitive environment that welcomes you. Whether you are just starting out or a bendy practitioner, this class is a great way to set the tone for the rest of your day! This class is appropriate to those who prefer a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported. and relaxing practice. Gentle Yoga is often considered easier, less intense, non-strenuous, quiet, and meditative.

Wednesdays, 10:30am: Chair Yoga with Julie

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial for people with limited mobility and for those who want to practice yoga at their workplace.

Wednesdays, 5:30pm: Intro Series to Power Vinyasa with Joan

This class is perfect if you’re brand new to power yoga! Even if you’re not a newbie but would like to feel more empowered in your yoga practice, you’re more than welcome to join in this class series that will introduce a new set of poses each week in a fun and laid back workshop style setting that’ll make 60 minutes fly by! Every class we will break down the poses with point-to-point cuing, mirrored demonstrations, and gentle hands-on assists, building on what we learned previously. This class will be a repeat of what is covered in Joan's Tuesday night Intro Series to Power Vinyasa class.

Wednesdays, 6:00pm: Chair Yoga with Eli

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial for people with limited mobility and for those who want to practice yoga at their workplace. It is a style designed for seniors and/or people with any physical limitations or injuries, however, everyone is welcome (and encouraged) to experience it! The use of the chair will help to enjoy your yoga practice with more confidence and support, allowing to take your practice slowly but surely to the next level.

This class is limited to 7. Get there early to secure your seat.

Wednesdays, 7:00pm: Advanced Meditation & Manifestation with Clinton

This class is offered every other Wednesday, starting on April 3, 2019, alternating with Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.

Wednesdays, 7:00pm: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique with Clinton

This class is offered every other Wednesday, starting on April 10, 2019, alternating with Advanced Mediation & Manifestation.

Our Intro to Quantum Healing & Past Life Regression information sessions will answer the following questions:

- What is Quantum Healing?

- What is Past Life Regression?

- Where did it come from?

- How natural & easy is it?

Blending Yin Yoga with gentle stretches and restorative postures, this class is designed to relieve tension and reduce stress. We’ll focus on calming your mind through breath work and holding postures with support to access deeper connective tissues of the body. This is an excellent class for beginners as well as experienced students. Bonus: You may find that you experience deeper sleep after this class!

Thursdays, 6:00pm: Chakra Activation Guided Meditation with Reane

Feeling blocked? Stagnant? Confused? Or just overall 'bleh'? You may need to open and activate one or more of your Chakras! During this class, Reane Russell- Spiritual Life Coach will guide you through a meditation that will open, activate, and balance your whole being - one chakra at a time.

This class alternates with Moon Magic Guided Meditation with Reane.

Thursdays, 6:00pm: Moon Magic Guided Meditation with Reane

MOON MAGIC MEDITATION: NEW MOON (1/31, 2/28, 4/4, 5/2)

The New Moon is all about setting intentions - telling the Universe what it is you want. Reane Russell- Spiritual Life Coach will aid you in setting your intentions, guide you in meditation, and facilitate an intention setting ritual. This class is for anyone who is looking to align with the moon's cycle and harness that energy for the manifestation of their desires!


MOON MAGIC MEDITATION: FULL MOON (2/14, 3/14, 4/18, 5/16)

The Full Moon is all about letting go - releasing all the things that no longer serve you. Reane will aid you in clarifying what to let go of, guide you in meditation, and facilitate a letting go ritual. This class is for anyone looking to align with the moon's cycle and harness that energy for self healing and the manifestation of their desires!

Fridays, 5:30pm: Destress & Stretch with Calli

Bring relaxation into your body by gently moving through squeeze-and-release sequences along energy lines, incorporating breathing techniques and stretching. A great way to end a busy week, let this class allow you to enjoy your weekend to the fullest.

THIRD Fridays, 7:30pm: Crystal Bowl Meditation

Join us every THIRD Friday for a Crystal Bowl Meditation with The Healing Solutions Center! Come early for Destress & Stretch with Calli at 5:30pm to put you in the receptive mood you need for this transformational, vibrational sound healing and meditation.

Saturdays, 10:30am: Yoga Teacher Enrichment Class with Renee

This class is just for Yoga Instructors!! Led by Renee Howerton, E-RYT500.

Saturday mornings from 10:30am - 12:00pm, join the Blissful Life Corporation current YTT class, alumni, and other area yoga teachers for a class exclusively for yoga instructors. Every week, we will work on techniques and methodology that will help you hone your teacher skills!

This class is open to ALL yoga instructors of all schools and traditions. 3 CEUs are available for each session you attend.
