Please forward this to anyone in your district who may be interested in the LISD Middle School Japan Exchange for themselves or for their middle school student.
Applications for the LISD Japan Exchange are now being accepted from teachers and students (6th or 7th grade). The program needs a female educator-chaperone, a maleeducator-chaperone, and 8 middle school students for the 2019-2020 school year.
Information about the program is attached to this email and can be found at the links below:
This year’s delegation will be in Japan from Thursday, June 13 to Saturday, June 22.
I will be reaching out to Middle School personnel in the upcoming days and asking for their assistance in marketing the program.
Thank you for your continued support of this program.

KAHOOT EXAM REVIEW GAMES
I hope you were able to enjoy your summer. I want to take a minute to introduce myself and tell you a little about myself and my class. My name is Eric Wilson and I will be your child’s teacher this year for either Physical Educationor Computers 6. I currently live in Adrian with my wife Amanda, who is a Registered Nurse. We have two children Calan (who is seven and will be a 1st grader at Blissfield), Hannah (4), and our dog Griffey. I feel blessed to have this opportunity and I am extremely excited to be a part of Blissfield Schools and the community.
I was born and raised in Sand Creek and graduated in 1997. While in high school I played football, basketball and baseball. After high school I attended Olivet College before finishing my degree at Adrian College. My degree is K-12 Physical Education with a minor in Elementary Education. I played one year of baseball and two years of football at Olivet College. After getting my degree I spent time as a substitute teacher, special education aide, and coach. I was an aide in 1st grade, 2nd grade, 6th grade and in the high school at Sand Creek. While working at Sand Creek I coached football (Jr. High & JV), Basketball (JV), Baseball (JV & Varsity) and Bowling (Varsity).
I am really excited to be working at Blissfield teaching Physical Education/Health. I have a lot of things that I want to do this year. Most of all I want your children to have a great experience in physical education. I want each student to enjoy my class and they can’t do that if we never do anything they enjoy. I have plenty of activities in mind and some new ideas that I am planning on implementing. As for Computer class, we are working from www.21things4students.net this year. This is a self paced/driven class and the kids will be getting a wide variety of opportunities during this semester. It should be a great time for them to improve their computer skills and prepare them further for future endeavors.
I look forward to meeting everyone and getting to know you all better.
