Reminder - Please keep in mind that this year we are basically operating with one driving range (Pebble Creek) and one 18 hole golf course (Tom O) for 5 high schools. We are trying to get everyone out to play each week. If I missed your name below on both days please let me know so we can get you plugged in on one of the days. Thank you!

***Very Important - You MUST have your physical done and turned in at the office by our first practice. You will also need to pay your $50 activity fee and register for golf so that I have all of your information.
