Campus Menus

All meals served meet strict USDA standards based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the Texas Department of Agriculture Nutrition Policy. Our weekly menus provide ~
  • No more than 30% of calories from total fat
  • No more than 10% of calories from saturated fat
  • 1/4 of the RDA for protein, vitamin A, C, iron, calcium and calories for breakfast
  • 1/3 of the RDA for protein, vitamin A, C, iron, calcium and calories for lunch
  • Individual food items that contain 23 grams of fat or less with the exception of only one item per week not to exceed 28 grams of fat
  • No foods fried as a preparation method
