Description:      The Dreamer Scholarship is a $1000.00 award available to college students currently enrolled in a regionally accredited post-secondary institution who are majoring in either a Business or Science discipline.

CBCF Environmental Studies Scholarship

Description:      For the 2014-15 academic year, CBCF will award 2 scholarships to full-time undergraduate students with a junior standing enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university. The Environmental Studies Scholarship seeks to provide financial awards to minority and women college students pursuing a degree in environmental science or other related fields. Applicants should have a desire to pursue a career in environmental science and embrace Service Master’s core values.

Sharon D. Banks Memorial Scholarship

Description:       This scholarship in the amount is awarded to women pursuing undergraduate studies in transportation or a related field and honors Sharon D. Banks, general manager of Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District in Oakland, CA, during most of the 1990's.  She led the agency in a pioneering effort to introduce cultural and organizational changes aimed at motivating the public transit work force.  She was a member of the WTS Advisory Board and received the WTS San Francisco Chapter Woman and Employer of the Year Awards.  Please contact your local WTC chapter for more information.  Applications are submitted through a chapter.

Clair A. Hill Scholarship

Description:       Each year, ACWA awards the $5,000 Clair Hill Scholarship to a qualified student in a water resources-related field of study. Eligible students must be California residents attending California colleges or universities full-time as a junior or senior during the year the scholarship is awarded. The recipient should demonstrate commitment to the field of water resources by pursuing a degree related to, or identified with, engineering, agricultural and/or urban water supply, environmental studies or public administration.

Description:       The HSF/Marathon Petroleum Corporation Scholarship Program is a scholarship of $7,500 for the 2014-2015 academic year to Juniors, Seniors, 5th year Seniors for students in specific majors.  In addition, scholars may be offered the opportunity to participate in a paid internship program.

AMS Named Scholarship

Description:       Applicants must be entering their final year of undergraduate study in the fall of 2014 and provide evidence of acceptance as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. institution at the time of the award.  AMS encourages applications from women, minorities, and disabled students who are traditionally under-represented in the atmospheric and related oceanic sciences.
