I am an assistant professor in the department of Computer Science at Binghamton University. My research interests lie in the broad area of computer system security. My research vision is to develop security systems that automatically dissect and understand the inner workings of any software program. I employ program analysis techniques (both source code and binary) in conjunction with hardware features to render software more secure.

Recently, I have worked on c++ reverse engineering, virtualization-based security and memory forensics.

I have multiple RA openings available. If you are interested in pursuing research in system security, send me your updated resume.
