Add Headings and they will appear in your table of contents.
Open a portrait in Photoshop
Click Control J to make a duplicate layer
Turn the eyeball off to HIDE that background layer
On the top portrait layer, HOLD DOWN THE ALT KEY and hit the ADD LAYER MASK button at the same time. (the rectangle with the circle in the middle)
You should have a BLACK mask and your screen should have gone checkerboard.
Click the black and white cookie (circle) at the bottom of the layers panel and choose
SOLID COLOR. Pick any color you'd like.
DRAG that layer under the portrait layer with the black mask
Click on the BLACK MASK ON YOUR TOP LAYER
Select your Brush tool and make sure your paint color is WHITE
Make your brush the smallest brush size (like 1 or 2 pixels) and start scribbling on your canvas.
KEEP SCRIBBLING until a person emerges but don't scribble over the whole document because then it will just look like a normal photo.
