Open a photo of an object in Photoshop
Click on the Move tool (the top tool)
Make sure the Contextural Task Bar is open under the photo. If it isn't , go up to Window and go all the way down and select it.
Click Remove Background under the photo
Click Control J to make a duplicate layer
Make Sure you can see your layers. If you can't see them, go to Workspace > Reset Photography
Select whichever photo is on the bottom.
Click on the thumbnail of that layer. (not the mask)
Go all the way up at the top of Photoshop and Click Filter, Blur, Motion Blur. Make the blur about 100 but it could be more or less depending on your photo size.
Hit done.
Use your move tool to slide the blur to one side. Whichever side makes sense.
Go down to the bottom of your layers panel and choose the black and white circle and go up to solid color and choose a color for the background. Drag that layer to the bottom of all the layers.
