Open a portrait in Photoshop
Remove background using Photohop
Duplicate the layer (control J)
On the top layer , right click on the black and white mask and Choose Apply Layer Mask
On that top layer, Go up to the top of Photoshop and Choose Filter
Go down to Liquefy
Choose a brush size that warps the face away and to the right or left
Go down to the black and white circle and choose Black and White
Use a clipping mask to clip it to the top layer.
Go down to the black and white circle again and choose Gradient and make a black and white gradient for the background. Drag it to the bottom layer.
Save a Copy as a JPEG.
Layers should look like this when done.
