Description of the Service
Google Apps is a service provided by Google. While used in the district we do not have any control of availability of any of the services they provide. If Google fails or decides not to provide the service the TIS staff do not have any control or influence on when the service is returned or if returned.
Definition and Priority of Service
This service is a secondary service.

Service Times (Days and Times)
Service times are out of our control. If Google does send out a notice it will be forwarded to all affected users.
Types of Support
Some internal support as far as user maintenance and document, site, etc. assistance.
Quality of Assurance
Measurement Procedures: Unable to monitor since it is an outside service. Staff notification is our only methiod of downed service.Relationship to Other IT Services/Providers
Service Targets: Will notify when service is down as soon as we know it.
