The SLA or Service Level Agreement Ad Hoc Committee will examine all of the infrastructure and data center services provided by the BHM Schools Technology and Information Services Department. The group will categorize services and critically review the business need for each service provided. Based on findings appropriate service level targets will be mutually determined based on a cost benefit analysis and resources available to the department. This process will take place throughout the 2010-11 school year with the end goal of having an SLA in place for each infrastructure and data center service by June 2011.
