QUARANTINE GYM

Hey, in addition to the daily Mr A Challenge (Each Day - 3 sets of 10 Burpees, walk/jog, 20 minutes of stretching/yoga)  I started a new gym - QUARANTINE GYM! - where I am doing short workouts that I plan to share. So check back in for a WEEKLY movement break video.
