Need Technology Assistance?

      
We are here to help! We use 'HelpDesk' from the Eduphoria system to manage our technology assistance. The HelpDesk is the official way to contact our team for any technical 
support you need from personal technology training to a device not working correctly. 
To complete a HelpDesk Tech request:
  • Log into your Eduphoria account then navigate to the 'HelpDesk' area.
  • Create a support request ticket.
  • Your ticket will be seen in the Eduphoria system by your Campus Tech, however, the Tech Team will also have access to the tickets.
  • Your campus tech will forward the ticket to the Tech Team if she is not able to fix the issue.
  • Because we serve 6 campuses as well as other buildings and manage over 1100  technology devices, there may be a delay before we contact you, but know that we are aware and will respond to your request as soon as possible.
