Module: QuickBooks Export

BeeBole Timesheet - QuickBooks Export

Exporting out of BeeBole

  1. Select the time period you want to export
  2. Select the status of the hours you want to export
  3. Click on Export
This will download a Timer IIF file that can be directly imported into QuickBooks.

Notes: 
  • Hours exported to QuickBooks are NOT flagged today. This feature will be added soon through a new status called "Lock".
  • Absences are not exported

Importing into QuickBooks

For QuickBooks 2008 – 2011

  1. Navigate to File > Utilities > Import > Timer Activities
  2. Select the file you exported from BeeBole

For QuickBooks 2006 – 2007

  1. Navigate to File > Import > Timer Activities
  2. Select the file you exported from BeeBole
Companies, projects and tasks created in BeeBole and inexistant in QuickBooks will be automatically created. 

Please make sure that spelling and spacing of all your entities are the same between the two systems.
