So, you wanna get to know me, eh?

Hey there! I’m Mrs. Moore — but you can call me Mrs. M!
I’m super excited to be starting my first year teaching 3rd grade here in Brunswick County!

A little about me: I’m 33, married to my awesome husband Joseph, and we’ve got two energetic boys, Logan and Lucas, who always keep life interesting.

I was born in Virginia, but I grew up in Michigan before moving to North Carolina in high school. I graduated from West Brunswick High and went on to earn my Associate in Arts from Brunswick Community College (with high honors!) and my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from North Carolina Wesleyan College (also with high honors — not to brag, but I love learning!).

When I’m not teaching, you can probably find me sipping on a Sugar Free Cherry Pepsi or a Sugar Free Sunkist, jamming to some music, or hanging out with my family. I’m a big fan of math, sparkly things (glitter is life!), cozy winters, and grabbing a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Café. Oh — and if I’m shopping, there’s a good chance I’m at Ross!
