So, you wanna get to know me, eh?

Hey there! I’m Ms. Moore

I’m so excited to be teaching 4th grade here in Brunswick County!

A little about me: I’m 34 and a proud mom to two energetic boys, Logan and Lucas, who always keep life interesting. Family is incredibly important to me, and when I’m not at school, you can usually find me spending time with them.

I was born in Virginia, grew up in Michigan, and moved to North Carolina during high school. I graduated from West Brunswick High School before earning my Associate in Arts from Brunswick Community College with high honors and my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from North Carolina Wesleyan College, also with high honors. I guess you could say I’ve always loved learning!

When I’m not teaching, you can probably find me sipping on a Sugar Free Cherry Pepsi or Sugar Free Sunkist, listening to music, or hanging out with my family. I’m a big fan of math, sparkly things (glitter is life!), cozy winters, Tropical Smoothie Café, and finding a good deal at Ross!

I’m looking forward to an amazing year filled with lots of learning, laughter, and memories with my 4th grade crew!
