Class of 2018-12th Grade

Congratulations, you're almost there! Your senior year will be an exciting one that, for most students, will be focused on making the smooth transition to college, work, or the military. There's a LOT to do this year (for parents and students), so take a deep breath and try not to get overwhelmed.

Graduation is the goal!

Deadlines – Your Responsibility!

You are responsible for knowing and meeting all deadlines for college admissions, scholarships, letters of recommendations, etc.  We will post the due dates for common schools, services, and agencies using Remind and the CHS website as a courtesy, but you are ultimately responsible for knowing and meeting all deadlines.  When it is necessary for you to have a counselor complete a recommendation letter or other submission, you must provide a request to your counselor TWO WEEKS prior to the deadline.  If you’re not sure where to find deadline information, please see your counselor.

Early Action Deadlines

Many of the competitive colleges and universities offer early action decisions for admissions. You are responsible for meeting these deadlines! If you are interested in applying to an early action program, please see your counselor!
