Home workout ideas:


*mix and match three of these each day (four if you want to do more)

- push ups, 3 sets of 10 reps (adjust to 5 reps if needed)

-sit ups, 3 sets of 15

-in place lunges, 3 sets of 12

-step ups, 3 sets of 12 (only on proper surfaces)

-tricep presses, 3 sets of 12 (only on proper surfaces)

-standard plank, hold for 30 seconds or 1 minute three times

-shoulder touch planks, 3 sets of 10 reps

-leg raises, hold legs straight and 1 foot above the floor for 10 seconds 3 times

-leg lifts, raise legs from one foot above floor to vertical for 3 sets of 10 reps

-mountain climber, 3 sets of 20

-seated reach to toes stretches, 10 seconds 3 times


*100 push up challenge, Do 100 push ups in one day. Just do sets of 10 here and there throughout the day until you get to 100. (adjust to sets of 5 if needed)


*100 sit up challenge, Do 100 sit ups in one day.
