Reading logs for the 4th nine weeks are due on May 6th.  Please be sure to turn these in to your homeroom teacher on time!

Please be advised that schedules (including lunch and specials) will be altered during the SOL testing window (which begins Monday).  This may alter the time your child attends lunch.  Please check with your child's teacher in advance if you plan to have lunch.  Also, be aware that in some circumstances, the changes could take place at the last minute.

If you have not pre-ordered your yearbooks, they have arrived.  We have about 20 extra copies left for purchase. The price is $15 on a first-come, first served basis.  Get yours before they are gone!

    • Thank you for joining us at Chuck E. Cheese.  Our school raised over $300 that will be used to fund fun things for our students.
    • PTA wrote a matching funds grant with Parks and Rec. and we got a new piece of playground equipment that has been installed just outside of the kindergarten gate.  New mulch for this piece of equipment will be coming soon.
    • PTA is funding a magic show assembly, lunch treats, and some exciting activities for Field Day this spring.

It is SUPER IMPORTANT that students are well rested and on time for testing.  We encourage them to eat a healthy breakfast at home or at school.  The testing schedule is listed below.  In addition to regular tests, make ups and expedited re-takes will be scheduled on other days and will vary.

Please make every effort to have your child at school and on time for testing UNLESS he or she is ill.  We want children to be at their best for testing and if they are ill and need to be at home to recover, we understand and will accommodate this need.
