Baseball is the greatest game on earth. I grew up playing, watching and studying the sport. Some of the Coaches that I had the opportunity to play for were the greatest teachers that I had during my school aged years. These coaches had the chance to mold me into what I am today and I'm grateful for the time and effort these men and women put into me. The skills that were taught to me on the baseball field were there to make me a better baseball playing, but these coaches didn't stop there because they also taught me important life skills. Not realizing this at the time I was playing makes me reflect on it now and realize that my coaches had "High Expectations" of me as a person. Now that I'm a teacher here at Bay Haven, I have the greatest opportunity to pass this onto your children.
