about your teacherRebecca Broyles, M.Ed., NBCTVisual Art Teacher and High School Consultant Welcome NoteI am very happy to join the River HomeLink team this year. I have taught art and digital art up at Amboy Middle School for the past 7 years. I look forward to partnering with parents to encourage and nurture the RHL students throughout their education journey. I hold students to high expectations while leading them along a successful path. I strive to teach, encourage, motivate, but most importantly to love and respect every person who walks into my classroom each and every day. I look forward to working with you to make this year a success! We are always looking for guest speakers and volunteers for the classroom and/or school events. Please let me know if you, or someone in your network of friends, would be willing to come speak to, or help, the students about any art or computer-related career choices (or any other so I can connect you with another teacher). In addition, we are always looking for donations of random things for art projects. If you have some things you think we might want, please call or email me. Examples would be: old t-shirts, age-appropriate magazines, buttons, paper towel tubes, oatmeal containers, corks, small gage wire, wire cutters, needle nose pliers, dowels, old kites, fabric/yarn, paint/paint brushes, old blenders, old irons, window screen material, old picture frames, small wood scraps, ribbons, books from hair stylists, pattern books, legos, action figures, cookie cutters, pieces of plexiglass, linoleum, or soft wood for carving. Please contact me at any time with any questions or concerns you have. Sincerely,
Ms. Broyles Classes Taught
