January New 2017
Happy New Year. The Disney trip is officially scheduled for this calendar year, December 2017 (next school year)! Yahoo! All student contact signature sheets and chaperone applications were due in December. The chaperones will be notified next week- third week of January for those who applied. We know the first payment is January 17, 2017 and many of you are anxious to know if you are a chaperone or not in order to make a payment. We will make chaperone notifications by Tuesday the 17th
by 5pm. Sorry for the delay. Feel free to wait until the 18th if you are waiting to pay for your child and/or a possible chaperone payment. Thank you.
November News 2016
Initial Disney meeting was on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 from 6pm t0 7pm in the Bath Middle School auditorium. Parents and students were given information on the December 2017 Disney trip. Please email Mr. Anibal, Ms. Crist, or Ms. Steingreaber if you were unable to attend and interested in learning more about the trip. Slideshow and handouts are located below in the attachments.
First Fundraising Meeting is coming soon. A Powerschool announcement will be sent out once the date and time has been finalized. All interested in being a part of this committee please attend.

Chaperone Application is below in attachments. If you are interested, please fill out and return to the BMS office or send to S.Crist at email@example.com by December 16, 2016.
The student performance contract is due to Mr. Anibal by Friday, December 16, 2016. This contract informs the Disney Committee the student is interested in participating and that he/she will abide by the contract rules. The contact is a purple sheet given out by Mr. Anibal (7th Grade) or Ms. Tullar (6th grade) the second week in November. A copy of the contract is in the attachments
below (Performance Contract Disney16.doc) if needed.
Financial Aid Form for the Disney trip in attachments below- note there is a section for the parent(s) and the student to fill out and turn in. Forms can be turned in at the school office or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org If applying for financial aid, you will be required to work in the fundraising efforts.
