go to activate.hrblock.com/crh and login.
Select "My Profile" (see Image 1 below).
Select "Card and Account Settings" (see Image 2 below).
In the "Change PIN" section, enter your new PIN and re-enter your new PIN and press "Submit".
Logout when change PIN is confirmed.
