About our cottage:
Our four season's cottage (non-smoking) offers two bedrooms (queen) 1-4 person occupancy, one bath, kitchen area with coffee pot, dishware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and microwave, and has both AC/heat. There is cable television and during high season, WIFI. You'll find a picnic table in the screened area and a BBQ for those fish you catch. Most everything you need in the way of food, drink, and BBQ items may be purchased at Copps Grocery in town on Lake Street.
Bed and kitchen linens are provided, but please bring your own toiletries, bath towels/washclothes.
Check-in time: 3 p.m. and Check-out time: 10 a.m. Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
If you're bringing your own boat, we have a private 40' dock for your use.  The boat launch is 1/4 mile down the road next to Sunset Bay Supper Club. If you are interested in renting a boat/pontoon, contacts are listed below in "Info about the the Phillip's Area".

Info about the Phillips' Area:
Fishing? Solberg Lake offers walleye, muskie, nothern pike and bass. If not bringng your own boat, and interested in renting a pontoon, stop by Sunset Haven - just turn right at the top of the drive and it's only a short distance down the road.  Joe and Connie will be happy to assist you -- 715-339-3566.  Boats and pontoons may, also, be rented at Comfort Cove, about a mile further down the road -- 715-339-3360.  Depending on the season, early reservations might be best.
Bait may be purchased in town or just around the lake at Roll-in-Point restaurant.
There are three restaurants accessible by boat from the lake: Sunset Bay Supper Club, Roll-in-Point, and the Polish Palace.
Looking for sandy beaches for swimming?  Solberg Lake Park is just around the lake, accessible by car (turn left at the top of the drive) or you may reach the area by boat.
ATV, snowmobile, hiking, and hunting trails are close by.  If you would like more information, log-on to the Chamber site -
If you're bringing your laptop spring through fall (May to mid-October), we have WIFI at our cottage.
Off season, here are two delightful places with free WIFI access:
    -- Homespun is located in the center of downtown on Lake Street. Open for breakfast and lunch. Great coffee and menu
    choices change daily. The soups are awesome!!
    -- Roll-in-Point can be found by turning left at the top of the drive and follow the road around to the south side of the lake.
