8th Grade Civics
I am a Social Studies Classroom Teacher. I live in Story City, Iowa. I grew up in Monticello, Iowa. I then went on to the Iowa State University (Go Cyclones), where I graduated with a BS in Elementary Education specialized in Social Studies. Shortly after graduating I taught Fourth Grade in Des Moines. Followed by five years of Third Grade in Webster City. I started at Ballard East in 2015. Now I have landed at Ballard Middle School and I am loving it!

My wife, Jenny, and I adopted our twin girls Jordyn and Tayler! We also have one dog at home, Tippy! I love spending time with my family, camping, and reading!
