Hi,

I am Mrs. Hanson. I am the EK-2nd grade art teacher at Ballard West. I received my masters’ degree at Iowa State University. While attending Iowa State University I received an amazing experience studying abroad in Italy. I was able to travel to places such as Paris, Venice, Florence, Sicily, Rome, Pompeii, and many more. It motivated me to change my focus and become an art educator!

ART SHOW

Every year the students will have two large art exhibits in the library. The art exhibits coincides with the dates of the book fair and the artwork that is displayed by the students revolve around the theme of the book fair.
