I grew up in southeastern Iowa a very small town, Hedrick, near Ottumwa and graduated from Indian Hills Community College.

I moved to Huxley and began working for the Ballard School District in 2001. From 2001-2006 I helped the special education departments in Ballard West Elementary and Ballard MS/HS. I returned to Ballard in 2014 as a Teachers Aide in special education until 2016. In the Fall of 2016 I was given the opportunity to work in the Guidance office as an Administrative assistant.

I live in Huxley with my husband Doug. I have four children that attended Ballard, Jeremy Glick, Jordan, Jarod and Gabrielle Doud.

My hobbies include spending time with my family, reading, watching Iowa Hawkeye sports, and being outdoors.

I enjoy my job and the awesome people I get to work with everyday. I get to see the passion that the Ballard staff has for the students in this district and it makes me proud to be a part of the Ballard community.
