About Me

I was born and raised in Clinton, Iowa. I graduated from Iowa State University (Go Cyclones!) in 2013. I began my teaching career with the Ballard Community School District in 2015, teaching first grade. In 2022 I moved to Ballard Middle School to teach 6th Grade English Language Arts.

I love spending time with my friends and family, especially my nephews! Some of my other favorite pastimes include reading, arts & crafts, drinking coffee, and going on runs with my dog, Zeke.
