I began my teaching career in a small southern town in Oregon. After two years in the Northwest I returned to the Midwest, where I grew up, and have been loving my time at Ballard. I am the director of the High School band and I assist with the Freshman band and Middle School bands. I studied trombone with Grady McGrannahan and still try to dust off my instrument whenever I can. I am blessed to be working with the two greatest co-directors in the world, Cheryl Pittman and Carolyn Fair.
