Hi, Families! My name is Cindy Upah and I am a Kindergarten teacher at Ballard West Elementary.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and a PK-3rd grade Special Education Endorsement. I also have a K-8th grade Reading Endorsement. After graduating from Iowa State University, I began teaching kindergarten at Ballard West. Since teaching at Ballard, I have earned a Master of Arts in Education from Viterbo University.

I am very excited to begin another year at Ballard West. Ballard provides students with the essential knowledge and skills necessary to be a successful and responsible citizen. It is our vision to empower all learners.
