My name is Betty Wawers. I work in the Ballard Administration Office as the Director of Human Resources. I started at Ballard in August, 1999 as a librarian aide/secretary. In 2000 I moved to East Elementary as the building secretary and then to the Administration Office in 2004 as the Special Programs Clerk. In 2008 I took over payroll duties and then became the Human Resources Specialist in July 2016.
