05-26-2017 Afternoon Announcements

  • All students who had pictures taken at prom should come and pick them up in Ms. Bells room - 109.
  • Attention Students:  during exam week you must be with a teacher for exam study and review or in the cafeteria between 7:30 & 8:30 a.m.  No students should be in the hallways. Please bring all needed study materials to the cafeteria as you will not be permitted to go back to your locker.  Students will be dismissed from the cafeteria at 8:30 a.m.  If you arrive late, report to the cafeteria immediately after stopping at your locker.  Do not wait in the hallway.  If you have no second exam and no ride until 11:50 a.m. then your must report to the cafeteria and remain there until the 11:50 dismissal.
  • Any cast member who hasn't picked up their Annie DVD must do in room 106 before the end of school on Friday. 
  • Open gym for basketball is cancelled for this Sunday, May 28th. 
  • Students: Please complete the student survey emailed to you before the end of the school year. 
  • Queen of Peace needs help for their yard sale. Set up is Friday, July 7th from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. The sale is Saturday, July 8 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Cleanup is that day until 4:00 pm. Contact Jackie L. if you are interested. 
  • Have fun, receive service hours and meet new people! Sign up to be a face painter. See Mrs. Daniels in 025. 
  • Students turn in your iPad after your last exam. Please refer to the email sent by Mr. Memory or stop by if you have questions.

  • Queen of Peace needs help for their yard sale. Set up is Friday, July 7th from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. The sale is Saturday, July 8 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Cleanup is that day until 4:00 pm. Contact Jackie L. if you are interested.

  • Reminder to seniors to wear your college shirts for tomorrow's $100,000 Scholarship Club assembly, while the Top 10 should "dress for success" for the assembly and the Top 10 Luncheon.  Congratulations - this is always a great day to recognize the seniors.
  • Any students taking AP US History next year who have not yet attended a meeting, please see Mr. Keating in room 007 before Friday.
  • Current juniors who are interested in being a part of the M&M program next year - there will be a brief meeting Thursday after school in room 105.
  • Any senior who received an email about their yard sign, please see Mrs. Adams in the office today.
  • Seniors please check your email about buying your iPads.

  • Current juniors who are interested in being a part of the M&M program next year - there will be a brief meeting Thursday after school in room 105.
  • Come support the boys volleyball team at their first tournament game tonight at 6:00 p.m. here at Badin!!  Cost for students is $5.  NO FREE admission during tournament games so please bring your money.  Go Rams!

  • There is a Student Council meeting after school on Wednesday.
  • INTERalliance will be having their end of the year meeting Tuesday, May 23rd, in room 114 after school.  There will be fun activities and food will be there.  All members should attend.
  • For the first time in Badin history the Boys Track and Field team became District Champions on Saturday!  Over 3 days they competed against 12 other teams and placed in the top 8 in order to score points for the team.  They had to compete in 16 events.  They managed to out-score the rest of the field by 23 points, scoring a total of 109 points!  Congratulations to the Boys team on creating a Legacy in track!  Our regional qualifiers Boys & Girls: Long Jump: Sam Krabacher, Davon Starks; 4x800: Kyle Manuel, Nick Rand, Josh Wolpert, Sam Krabacher; 110&300 Hurdles: Caleb Meyer; 4x200: Matt Schweinefuss, Caleb Meyer, Davon Starks, Seth Thompson; 1600:  Sam Krabacher, Paige Parrish; 400: Kyle Manuel; 800: Nick Rand, Matt Schweinefuss; 3200: Josh Wolpert; 4x400: Kyle Manuel, Aidan Drake, Sam Krabacher, Nick Rand.  Congratulations to all these athletes and good luck to them as they compete on Thursday and Saturday at Piqua to try to make State!

  • There is a Student Council meeting after school on Wednesday.
  • INTERalliance will be having their end of the year meeting Tuesday, May 23rd, in room 114 after school.  There will be fun activities and food will be there.  All members should attend.
