A new table is introduced under the Dashboard to allow the operator to track the average days from the time someone puts in an order for new service, to when the customer goes current after install.
.The table will display the time from status 'Web Request' to 'Current' and from 'Waiting for Install' to 'Current' and present it under the section Monthly Operations Board Report.
note: the table is based on ticket type status and customer status. Table contains tickets closed within the date range where Ticket subtype is used for granularity. Also the customer status change and sub status is used for added granularity.
To make use of this feature:
1. Hover on the Dashboard menu and select Custom Graphs and Charts from the dropdown to find the Monthly Operations Board Report.
2. There is a date filter to specify specific date range. This is handy to view historical data. Once a date range is selected, click 'Apply Filter' to update the table. Use the spreadsheet icon to download the data.
