A new feature is added that gives the operator flexibility to control credit card payments through the EUP in addition to the already existing bank payments.
Use case:
This feature is handy in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected for a particular customer. The ability to pay online is restricted which will require the customer to visit an office in person.
There are 4 options to control credit card payments, which are described next.
To make use of this feature:
1. On customer account select Modify - Fig 1.

2. Find the Banking Details tab > scroll down the page to the section End User Portal Settings - Fig 2.

3. Use the dropdown to turn the option 'off' - Fig 3.

Personal Information Section Credit Card Details Add - Controls the ability to add new credit card details via EUP.
Personal Information Section Credit Card Details Edit - Controls the ability for customer to edit credit card details via EUP.
Personal Information Section Credit Card Details Delete - Controls the ability for customer to delete credit card details via EUP.
Credit Card Payments - Controls the ability to make payments via the EUP.
Ability To Enable Credit Card Auto-Payment - Controls the ability for customer to enable credit card auto-payment via EUP.
Note: some functions have to be enabled through SPID settings to be available on the customer account.
