A new functionality is developed that will allow the user to enlarge the ticket subtype screen and reorder the subtypes.
Reported use case:
Previously the subtype window was so small it was not possible to view the entire title. It is now possible to expand the window to view the subtype title and change the order by moving the subtype up or down.
To make use of this feature:
1. Proceed to Maintenance page and select Ticket Type from the dropdown- fig.1. Select the ticket type for which a subtype needs to be created. Use the arrow icons to reorder.

Drag the box to enlarge to see the text inside if it is longer than the standard box size.
Move the elements up/ down in the box. Upon saving/ updating table the order will be kept.
