2025-3Q: [API] Disable Auto-Payment for Disables customers

A new feature has been added to stop auto-payments from running for customers who have been moved into "Disconnected" status.

This works based on Triggers and when the customer is changed to 'Disconnected' a trigger will fire to callback SIMPLer with the parameter "disable_auto_payment".

To make use of this feature:

    1. Go Settings > External API (triggers), under the Miscellaneous section

    2. Update SIMPLer API Trigger with:

Customer_Status_Change_Action > POSTmodifyCustomercustomerid=%CUSTOMERID%&disable_auto_payment=1

Customer_Status_Change_Condition > status=Disconnected
