Embedded Files
A new 'Favorite Files' button / link has been added to SIMPLer, that allows operators to add important files that need to be easily accessed and viewed by users.
These files can be viewed in a new expandable list at the top of SIMPLer, under 'Recently viewed customers'.

This list contains the file name and two icons.
If you click the file name it will open it in a new tab
If you click the download icon it will download it, and
If you click the file viewer icon it will open the file in a tab at the bottom of the page. In the same window, you can click on this tab to expand and close it. You can also resize it by pulling the tab up and down below the text and this tab will also carry over to other pages. The tab can be closed by clicking the X on the right side.
The file viewer tab supports these file types: xlsx, docx, pdf, png, jpg.
To make use of this feature:
1. You can add files to the 'Favorite Files' list by going to the SIMPLer library, from Tools > Library. Files added here are stored on your ftp server
2. For a file to appear in the Favorite Files List there is a new option when adding a file in the library called 'Favorite Files Menu' that needs to be checked.

3. A new user right has been added and will need to be enabled in order to view / use this new feature. attachments -> 'access favorite files' can be enables from your user rights template.
