2024-3Q: [CRM] Dealer and Store Codes

A new option is added to enhance the user right functionality. It allows for an operator to tag users with a store code and branch code. This is particularly handy when an operator uses dealers to take payments from customers on their behalf.

As this relates to payments the financial bank reports were also updated to include these fields.

To make use of this feature:

Create or update a user account with the fields for Dealer, Location and Store Code (Fig.1)

2. Select the desired template for the user or select the user rights manually

3. The payments can be viewed in the financial bank files ( menu Invoices > Totals Reports ). In addition to the previous summary and user tab, there is also is a tab with the Store Code (Fig.2.)
