You are now able to create Templates to use within your Customer Notes section of a Customer account.
This is helpful when there is set information that needs to be collected for certain notes. The template will be pre-populated with specific words /sentences / prompts, depending on the Template selected, ensuring that nothing is missed and saving time of having to enter it manually.
To make use of this feature:
1. Create new Note Template. This can be setup under menu Settings > Modify SPID. Keep in mind type should start with note_ , see fig. 1.

2. After setting up the type note_ , proceed to the customer account; section Customer Interaction. Add a new note and select the template, see fig. 2.
