2024-2Q: [CRM] Customer Notes Page / Dashboard
A new 'Customer Notes' page / Dashboard has been added to SIMPLer that allows users to filter and view all notes that have been added, together, in one place.
You are able to filter the notes by:
Last Update From Date:
Last Update To Date:
Last Update: (Today / Yesterday)
To make use of this feature:
1. Go to Customers > Customer Notes:
