2024-1Q: [EUP] EUP App - Progressive Web App

A new feature has been added to enhance the EUP functionality for customers and  users.  The EUP has now been enabled to be a compatible Web App. This means that customers will be able  to set the EUP to be used as an App on their phone, without the headache of having to deal with App Stores.

There should be an 'Install app' button on the browsers URL bar (right side) and notifications should also appear when the user has used the app for a while, asking them if they want to install the app to the device. These notification popups are controlled by the browser, which decides when to display them. 

On chrome, on android you can click the 3 dots next the the URL bar, on the right and you will see an 'Install App 'button. 

This only works on Android, Windows Chrome, and macOS Chrome. It will unfortunately not work for iphones and ipads. 

To make use of this feature:

    1. Once Customer has clicked on the link to open their EUP, they will click on the 3 dots on the right hand side, next to the URL bar

  2. Once you have installed the App, you will have the Icon saved on your Homescreem, for easy access
