2024-1Q: [CRM] Subscription Performance Updates

Changes and updates have been made to the Subscription Details section of the customer record, to Improve performance (especially in cases where there are multiple subscriptions added).

To make use of this feature:

    1. You can now add a single subscriptions directly from customer details page

    2. You can edit and modify single subscriptions directly from customer details page

    3. when you click 'Bulk Modify / Campaigns / Upgrades' button (or 'Modify', as it was previously) - it will take you to the usual, familiar Subscription page that will continue to work as it did before (but it will scale down the custom fields display, for when there are more than 20 subscriptions under customer account - in which case custom fields are to be manipulated from customer details page, directly)
