2024-1Q: [CRM] New Search options added to Customer Search Page

Four new search option have been developed and are available on the Customer Search page:

Invoice Send Method
Payment Method
'Comma Separated' search function
Equipment Search (from All customer Fields)

3. 'Comma Separated' Search function

When selected, it allows you to enter multiple search terms in the search box, separated by commas, to find results that match any of the specified term. (for example, you can search a list of Invoicing ID's or Customer ID's:

Once you have entered the search criteria required, you can Search this list and Download the serch results, email them to yourself, or send Mass mail / SMS to this list of customers

4. The 'All Customer Fields' search option has been updated to to search for equipment that is assigned to customer accounts. This can be done using the serial number or MAC address. It is also possible to search for equipment from the Mobile App.
