2024-1Q: [Billing] US Payments IVR

A new feature has been added to allow IVR payments (Interactive Voice Response Payments) to US customers.

IVR Payments:

This system allows customers to make payments over the phone by entering numbers via their keypad. In this context, customers are paying invoices.

To make use of this feature:

US Customers have an Invoicing ID that includes a prefix, the letter "L". When using the phone's keypad, they can only enter numbers, so they cannot input this letter.

The IVR system is integrated with SIMPLer software via an API (Application Programming Interface). When the numeric part of an Invoicing ID is received by the SIMPLer software without the prefix "L", the software is configured to automatically detect this and add the "L" to the Invoicing ID.

The setting "Auto Add Prefix For Numeric Invoicing ID (Format: <API_USER>,<PREFIX>)" controls this feature. "<API_USER>" would be replaced with the identifier of the API user, and "<PREFIX>" with the prefix to be added, which is "L". Figure 3.a
