2023-4Q: [CRM] Preview email template

A new feature has been added to the 'Operator Emails / SMS' section, that allows users to send themselves a copy of the selected email, to see how it would be viewed by the customer.

Variables will display as the variable name, as this is just to verify the look and feel of the email is correct.

To make use of this feature:

    1. Go to Settings > Modify SPID and scroll down to 'Operator Emails / SMS' section

    2. Select the email template you would like to see the preview of and click ' Send Email Preview' button
