2023-4Q: [CRM] Automatic Reconnection Fees for additional Customer Statuses

A new feature has been added, that allows Operators to select additional Customer Statuses where reconnection fees should be automatically added. In the past, reconnection fees are only automatically added when a customer has been moved to Post and then when the account is settled and they move back to 'Current' Status, the Reconnection Charge is Automatically added.

With this new feature, you can select additional Customer Statuses, aside from the default 'Post' Status, where you would like the Reconnection fee to be added to a customer account, as well.

To make use of this feature:


    1.   Go to settings on the top menu bar and then Customer Statuses, on the side menu

    2.   Select 'Reconnection Fees' for the Customer Status you would like the Reconnection Fee to be automatically added, when customer account moves to Current, from Post.
