2023-3Q: [EUP] 2FA for EUP
A new feature has been added that allows customers to enable 2FA (2Factor Authentication) on the EUP (End USer Portal).
To make use of this feature:
1. Turn on 2FA functionality on the EUP - This can be done under SPID settings, by turning on the below option:

2. Disabling 2FA for the EUP - you are able to check whether 2FA is enabled or disabled on the EUP for customers, on the Customer details page of the customer account. If they have lost their authenticator or request that it be turned off, you can do this for them, by clicking 'Turn 2FA off'.

3. Log in Visibility - You will also be able to see if the user is inserting the incorrect 2fa code under the 'access log'. These attempts will show as 2FA Failed or 2FA Success
